Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order size and material availability.

Shipping Methods
We ship orders via standard carriers for smaller items and freight carriers for larger or heavier materials. Shipping method will be determined based on the size and weight of your order.

Pickup Orders
Local pickup is available at our shop in Randolph, WI. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Freight Shipments
Freight deliveries may require proper equipment (forklift, dock, or assistance) to unload. Customer is responsible for unloading unless otherwise arranged.

Delays
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or material availability.

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damage is present, note it with the carrier and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
